Example

Oil blending is practised for various purposes: a) to make it more attractive to the consumer by modifying the oil´s attributes; b) to even the organoleptic features across harvests and therefore avoid the perception of differences by the consumer; c) to even complementary qualities and tastes of different varieties which may be from the local area or not.
